Civil War Battles of Valverde & Glorietta Pass with John FitzJohn will bring to life these battles that occurred in New Mexico in 1862. The Confederates won the Battle of Valverde with heavy casualties on both sides. The Union Army won the Battle of Glorietta Pass which ended the Confederate invasion of New Mexico.
