Yoga Fusion Flow @ Scituate Harbor Community Bldg. Experience the new evolution of Yoga - where Inside Yoga, Yoga Fusion and Inside Flow come together - the perfect balance! Inside Yoga is a form of yoga based on current scientific knowledge and designed for the modern yogi. Based on the latest findings in anatomy, physiology and understanding of the human body, this class will get you moving in proper alignment with focused awareness and intention. Prior yoga practice is helpful but not necessary. You will be instructed on alignment and offered modifications to adjust your practice to suit your needs. Please bring yoga blocks and light hand weights. Instructor: Gayle Hedstrom. 12 weeks. (NO CLASS 11/26)
