Description

This registration is for breakfast per person purchased in advanced and includes pancakes, sausage, beverages and maple syrup for Saturday only. Advance breakfast purchase price is $7.50 and is available until 12 p.m. (noon) Friday, March 13. Day-of breakfast is $9 per person and is subject to availability. Day-of breakfast sales end at 11:30 a.m. each day. Admission to the Fair (activities, demonstrations and more) is free!

Spring Valley's popular celebration of spring's arrival is back! Learn about the history of maple syruping at our demonstration areas and enjoy one of the best breakfasts around including pancakes, sausage, beverages and real maple syrup served under a large enclosed tent on the grounds of Merkle Cabin, a short walk from the Nature Center.
