Join our 12-week program to build confidence in the fitness center, gain access to one year of unlimited group fitness classes, and receive nutrition knowledge that lasts a lifetime!
Program includes:

• One (1) year of unlimited group fitness classes (valued at up to $400!)
• Time with a certified personal trainer
• Training on the fitness center machines
• A custom workout that fits your lifestyle
• Eight (8) virtual nutrition sessions with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)

What to expect:On day one, you’ll meet as a group to pick up your fitness passes, connect with a certified personal trainer, learn how to use every machine in the fitness center, and leave with a customized workout that fits your lifestyle. Throughout the program, you’ll also participate in eight Zoom nutrition sessions with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to support your health and wellness journey. Additional one-on-one nutrition sessions will be available upon request and are covered by most insurance companies.
