Description

Students continue to strengthen their Spanish skills through guided conversations, dialogues, reading, cultural exploration, games, and interactive activities. The course deepens grammatical proficiency with an introduction to compound tenses and the subjunctive mood, which students practice in meaningful, real-life contexts.Classes emphasize active participation and collaboration, with students working individually and in small groups to build fluency, accuracy, and confidence.
This class is designed for students who already have a solid foundation in Spanish and are ready to expand their conversational abilities and grammatical range. No English is spoken in this class.

• $50.00 Materials Fee due to the instructor on the first day of class.

REFUNDS/TRANSFERS - A $15.00 processing fee applies for each activity session refunded. Refunds will be prorated. Refund/transfer requests must be emailed to the Community Classes & Camps office at community.classes@santamonica.gov. Refunds will be issued only if requested within one day after the first class meeting. Material fees are not discountable and are nonrefundable.
REFUNDS FOR DUPLICATE/MULTIPLE ENROLLMENTS resulting from multiple registration submissions (at one or more offices or via online registration) will be subject to a $15.00 processing fee for each activity session refunded.
CANCELLED CLASSES: Makeups will not be offered for classes missed by the student. Programs are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met.
