Winter Mini Session (4 classes)

Spanish Learning Pathway | LA Spanish School

This course is designed for students who have completed Intermediate A or have an equivalent level of Spanish and are ready to continue strengthening their grammar, vocabulary, and overall confidence. Students continue building language proficiency through a communicative approach that integrates listening, comprehension, speaking, and reading activities. Lessons include dialogues, storytelling, cultural discussions, and guided conversations to help students expand their ability to communicate in real-life situations.

The course also welcomes students who have developed an intermediate level of Spanish through previous studies, travel, work, or social interaction and would benefit from strengthening their grammatical foundation and expanding their vocabulary to communicate with greater accuracy and confidence. This class helps students continue developing fluency while preparing them for conversational and advanced Spanish courses.

• Material Fee: $30 cash material fee is due to the instructor on the first day of class.
• Continuous Enrollment Benefit: Students who continue directly from the previous session receive 10% off their next session.

REFUNDS/TRANSFERS - A $15.00 processing fee applies for each activity session refunded. Refunds will be prorated. Refund/transfer requests must be emailed to the Community Classes & Camps office at community.classes@santamonica.gov. Refunds will be issued only if requested within one day after the first class meeting. Material fees are not discountable and are nonrefundable.

REFUNDS FOR DUPLICATE/MULTIPLE ENROLLMENTS resulting from multiple registration submissions (at one or more offices or via online registration) will be subject to a $15.00 processing fee for each activity session refunded.

CANCELLED CLASSES: Makeups will not be offered for classes missed by the student. Programs are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met.
