Spanish Intermediate A is designed for adult learners ready to expand their Spanish skills and deepen their conversational fluency. Through stories, songs, dialogues, role-playing, and reading, students continue building language knowledge in a dynamic, supportive environment. This level introduces past and compound tenses, useful expressions, and vocabulary that empowers learners to tell stories, write compositions, and participate in meaningful conversations with growing confidence. Our communicative approach ensures that grammar and vocabulary are always learned in context—making Spanish feel natural, expressive, and alive.

No-Class Date: Feb 13th

$30 cash material fee is due to the instructor on the first day of class.

REFUNDS/TRANSFERS - A $15.00 processing fee applies for each activity session refunded. Refunds will be prorated. Refund/transfer requests must be emailed to the Community Classes & Camps office at community.classes@santamonica.gov. Refunds will be issued only if requested within one day after the first class meeting. Material fees are not discountable and are nonrefundable.

REFUNDS FOR DUPLICATE/MULTIPLE ENROLLMENTS resulting from multiple registration submissions (at one or more offices or via online registration) will be subject to a $15.00 processing fee for each activity session refunded.

CANCELLED CLASSES: Makeups will not be offered for classes missed by the student. Programs are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met.
