Come with us to The Los Angeles Zoo & Botanical Gardens. It is one of the city’s most popular destinations, drawing nearly two millions visitors each year, and for good reason. It is home to more than 2,100 animals representing over 270 species, many rare or endangered. Residents may register beginning August 24th; Nonresidents may register staring September 7th. Bus will leave the Gus Velasco Neighborhood Center at 12 noon.
