About this event
Did you know scientists discover new animals every year? In this unique camp, you will discover incredible creatures from tiny stick bugs to massive alligators, sleepy sloths to soaring birds of prey; learn about a bee’s “waggle dance”, how zebra stripes are like fingerprints, and that porcupine quills are coated with natural antibiotics! You'll learn where different animals live, what they eat, and the fascinating things that make them unique. Create animal habitats, sculpt your favorite creatures, paint wildlife scenes, and do hands-on experiments as you explore mammals, insects, reptiles, and birds. Every day brings new animal facts, creative projects, and wild fun. Who knows—you might even solve the mystery of why the chicken crossed the road!
