Unleash your creativity as you design, build cool VEX IQ robots and then program them. This class will teach core computer programming logic and reasoning skills using robotics engineering. This course is is three level course. Each level is 12 week. Level-1 -Basic Movements of Robots, Turning, Basic concepts of programming, Ultrasonic Sensor and Introduction to robotics challenges, basic attachments building and a mockup competition Level-2-Focus on sensors-Touch sensor, Color sensor, and Distance Sensor. Use of deeper Programming concepts of -for loop -if else, Operators etc. Use of Multiple sensors, line following concepts and challenges. Level-3-Focus on motors and how to add extra motors, motor controls, Gyroscopic Sensor, Deeper concepts of programming, complex operators and parallel processing. Make students ready to learn programming languages like Python etc.
