Looking for more than a workout?
White Crane Silat is a living martial tradition passed from teacher to student through practice, movement, and shared experience. Rooted in Chinese-Indonesian martial arts, it develops strength, agility, balance, coordination, awareness, and calm under pressure through a challenging and rewarding blend of movement, martial skill, and community.
Training includes sliding footwork, forms, rolling, breathwork, partner exercises, and practical self-defense applications. Students learn to move with efficiency, power, and relaxation while developing focus, resilience, confidence, and genuine connection with others. The practice offers endless opportunities for growth, revealing new layers of skill and understanding over time.Wear loose, comfortable clothing; a white t-shirt and white pants are traditional.
Drop in $20.
Cancellation policy: Cancellation fee: $10.00. All cancellations must be provided in writing and emailed to csd@marinwood.org. We will not process refunds over the phone. Cancellation requests must be submitted one week before the session/program begins.
