Sometimes it’s your word choice, a simple hand written thank you card, or asking “What’s troubling you?” instead of “What’s wrong with you?” that could land you the sale or be the difference maker in providing outstanding customer service. That’s emotional intelligence, coming cross in sales and customer service.


Learn to keep your cool with difficult customers, social media posts that make an emotional connection, knowing when to let a customer go, releasing employees in a friendly way to prevent a lawsuit later on, anticipate workplace crisis, tools for de-escalating conflict situations, and keeping your workplace toxic-free are things you will learn during this class. If you are living with a toxic family member, this class will give helpful tips to maintain your peace and come out stronger to enjoy daily living, using Preethi’s simple emotional intelligence tools.
