Have you ever been told that you were “too emotional”? Do you feel your emotions powerfully and often hear the advice to just “let it go”? In this 3 hour workshop, we’ll learn how to access the brilliance of our emotions using resources from The Language of Emotions author Karla McLaren. Our emotions are absolutely essential to every aspect of our intelligence and perception - yet few of us were ever taught how to work with all of our emotions skillfully. In this course, we will explore the four keys to emotional genius and the four emotion families and learn how to embrace our emotions as the vital messengers they are.
