This beginner-friendly class will feed your body, mind, and spirit. A blend of movement, meditation, and philosophy. Participants will be led through a series of poses (standing, seated, lying down, etc), coordinated with our breath along with some background music. Light to moderate exercise with periods of rest and playful exploration. The goal is to help cultivate a sense of awareness of our own body, improve stability, flexibility and endurance, as well as help calm nerves and focus the mind. Variations for each pose will be offered so the practice can be accessible at any fitness level.
*Be sure to bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable, unrestrictive clothing.
