Qi Gong (pronounced chee-gung) is a gentle form of exercise designed to help you release tension and stress from the body while cultivating vitality, balance, and inner peace. Practicing Qi Gong can help improve your mental, emotional, and physical health and well-being through the use of postures, flowing movements, breathwork, sound, imagery, and focused intention.Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this class is suitable for all levels and can be adapted to meet a variety of abilities and fitness levels.
There will be no class on Friday, October 2 and November 27.
