​Welcome to the Koret Health and Recreation Center!

The Recreational Sports Department at the University of San Francisco offers limited membership options to community members. This in-person, guided, group tour will show you exactly how to make the most of your membership.

What to Expect on Your Tour

• Check-In & Lobby: Start your journey at our Front Desk, where our student staff member will introduce you to your guide.
• Weight Rooms & Cardio Zones: Discover our multi level cardio zones and weight rooms. We’ll walk you through our top-tier plate-loaded and selectorized machines, free weights, and stretching areas.
• Group Exercise Studios: Step into our multi-purpose rooms where the energy is always high! We’ll show you where our popular indoor cycling, yoga, Zumba, TRX and Pilates Mat classes take place. Group classes are free with entry!
• Natatorium: Take a peek at our Olympic-sized lap pool. We’ll cover the Pool Lane Schedule, swim team opportunities, and swim lesson information.
• Gymnasiums & Courts: See our hardwood multi-sport courts. We'll show you where our community basketball, volleyball, badminton and pickleball games happen, and review the Basketball Gym Schedule
• Locker Rooms: Koret offers a men's and women's locker room (day-use or locker service available) and an all-gender locker room (located on the pool deck)
