Each session combines gentle stretching, mobility exercises, mindful breathing, and relaxation techniques to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and help you feel refreshed. Perfect for all fitness levels, this welcoming class is a great wat to invest in your health, one hour at a time. Participants are asked to bring their own exercise or yoga mat. No experience necessary!
