Prerequisites: There are no prerequisites for this class.

Objectives: Adults are offered a multi-level class where students are taught both individually and as part of a group according to their ability and goals.
Skills: Safety concepts, entering and exiting the pool, breath control, floats, glides, stroke work, treading water, swimming with rhythmic breathing, individual needs.

An appropriate swimsuit is required at all times. A parent or responsible adult must remain in the spectator area at all times.
