We will kick off our Fall 2026 Walk to Wellness program at Park de la Cruz Community Center (3901 Landis St., 92105)!

On select Saturdays, attendees will enjoy a nice walk around various locations in San Diego.
Register ahead of time with a valid email to receive weekly walking location information. Please note walks will begin at 9am.
Please arrive by 8:45am for proper stretching before walks. Please bring Water & wear Sunscreen!
*NO WALK Scheduled on Saturday, October 31, 2026!
