Come learn to make delicious recipes while practicing kitchen skills and safety. Program for individuals 16 years and older. No direct supervision is provided. The second Wednesday of every month we will be cooking for the Disabled Services Advisory Council.

The City of San Diego, Parks and Recreation Department, Therapeutic Recreation Services, provides therapeutic programs for children and adults with any type of disability. Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) work with participants on social and recreational skill development, leisure education, appropriate behavior, and recreation participation in inclusive environments.
