Description

Adult patrons will be able to incorporate healthy eating habits into their daily routine. Participants will be able to create nutritious meals, learn to read food nutrition labels as well as the different properties of fruits and vegetables.

Students are required to bring their own ingredients for every class as well as a container to take home their prepared meal. Cooking equipment will be provided for each student.
