This walking program is designed to enhance health through walking exercises and social camaraderie for older adults that enjoy being a part of a walking group. Members keep track of their daily steps and mark on a weekly log they submit monthly.

Group meets on the second Friday of every month at 10:00am to discuss monthly progress, over snacks and coffee.
