Our Adult Swim Class is to fine tune swimmers who want to improve thier swimmiing effictivness.   To strenten all swimmers stroke, kick, body position and breathing skills.  To also build confidence in increaing intensity and distance swimming.  We will asset your current swimming skills and build upon those skills.  The goal is to have all swimmers leave better than when they came.
