Join Chef Reba and dive into Argentine empanada-making in this fun and hands-on class! Together the students will make and roll out a Quick and Easy Empanada Dough; learn about different fillings; and master crimping and shaping techniques! As Chef Reba shares family stories, you'll cook and enjoy two favorite empanadas from her many visits to Argentina: Empanadas Árabes with Lemon Tahini Sauce; and Cheese and Onion Empanadas. You'll round out the meal tucking into a fantastic vegetable salad dressed with Chimichurri Dressing; and finish with a decadent piece of a traditional dessert, Chocotorta.
