Description

We are partnering with Pathways for Paws to bring you Puppy Yoga. This class is a unique blend of traditional yoga and the joy of interacting with playful puppies. Enjoy the benefits of physical activity, stress relief, and mental health through gentle yoga poses and interaction with puppies. Puppies will be provided. Please do not bring your own dog. Bring water and your own mat if you have one. We will also provide mats.

Donations will be accepted. Preferred items are pee pads and puppy kibble. Other items and monetary donations are also accepted. Check-in begins at 10:30. Yoga will be 11:00 am - 12:00 pm.
