Rutland’s favorite race returns on Saturday, March 13, 2027, at 1 PM. We can’t wait to see runners, walkers, families, and friends fill the streets with their smiles as our community enjoys a fun-filled day of festivities supporting local nonprofits under the direction of Heritage Family Cares 4 You Foundation.

Event details and schedule

Participants registered by March 6 will be entered for a chance to win some fun prizes! Winners must be present on race day to claim prizes.

Kids will kick things off with the FREE Leprechaun Leap Fun Run on Center Street at 1:00 PM.

There is a 60-minute time limit for the 5K, and the race will end promptly at 2:15 PM.

Costumes are encouraged! There will be prizes for the best-dressed participants along with additional goodies, refreshments, and other fun surprises.

While we love our four-legged friends, dogs are not allowed at the race.

Out of an abundance of caution, strollers are highly discouraged due to road and sidewalk conditions.
