Description
INTEGRATING MINDFULNESS INTO DAILY LIFE
Coming to Rockford this Fall
In-Person at UW Health N Bell School Rd Medical Center
One of the many helpful aspects of mindfulness is that it is incredibly portable and can be accessed in all the moments of our lives. And still, life often feels so full that it can be hard to “find” time for mindfulness. In this 4-week course, we’ll make time for mindfulness practices big & small and explore ways to bring more moments of mindful awareness into our lives as we are living them now.
Appropriate for those new to mindfulness meditation and/or those familiar with the practice and desiring a reset or new ideas. A variety of mindfulness practice suggestions will be offered for participants to explore in and out of the class sessions.
Sessions will follow CDC guidelines and UW Health screenings that are in effect at the time of the class session.
