Build confidence with tools while creating a project you can take home. This adult woodshop class teaches basic safety, measuring, cutting, sanding, assembly, and finishing techniques in a relaxed, hands-on environment. Great for beginners or anyone wanting to refresh their skills. Note: A material fee of $40 is due and payable to the instructor on the first day of class. The material fee covers all building materials such as wood, nails, screws, glue and safety equipment.

Students will be introduced to the wonderful world of Wood working. We will learn tool safety, proper use of hand tools, and will even be introduced to power tools. Students will gain confidence, build, and take-home fun simple wood working projects. Note: A material fee of $30 is due and payable to the instructor on the first day of class. The material fee covers all building materials such as wood, nails, screws, glue and safety equipment.Refunds will be issued for cancelled events and/or classes only. Credits and transfers will be allowed if the PRCSD is notified prior to the second class meeting. Due to limited space and high demand, no refunds, credits or transfers will be given for Aquatics, Day Camps or After-School Programs. Online registration transaction fees are non-refundable.
