Due to recent changes in Delaware law, citizens are now required to have either a Delaware Concealed Carry (CCW) Permit or a Permit to Purchase in order to buy a firearm. Our 8-hour course meets the training requirements for both certifications and allows each student to decide which option is best for them. This course is for Delaware residents only, as Delaware does not offer out-of-state CCW permits. In this combined course, you pay $350 for the MD Wear and Carry, and your DE CCW fee is reduced from to just $25 — a total of $375 instead of $525 Students should bring a government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license), an unloaded firearm, an external side-draw holster, two unloaded magazines, minimum of 100 rounds of target ammunition, a sturdy belt to secure the holster, eye and ear protection, a bag lunch, and water.
