Description
A low-impact, joint friendly workout routine that builds strength and cardiovascular health using resistance exercises and underwater running drills with flotation support. Participants must be comfortable being in water greater than 5 feet deep. Swim belts and lifejackets provided.
Pool temperature is 83 degrees.
