This water exercise class works on cardio, movements to improve your core and body conditioning. The instructor strives to achieve a good balance with the different elements and ends the class with total body stretching. A great full body exercise routine for after your workday.
This class takes place in the competition pool.
Pool temperature is 80 degrees.
