Description
This class offers a workout that combines cardio and focused strength training. The class is structured with interval training, alternating between high-intensity bursts and active recovery. You'll also learn proper form for water running, a low-impact way to improve endurance. Plus, suspended core training exercises will help to stabilize and strengthen your entire core. Join us for a fun and challenging way to build fitness without the impact on your joints!
