Strength Training for Women | Take your lifting journey to the NEXT LEVEL
Designed for women who've worked through the fundamentals of proper lifting form and are ready to push their strength to new heights. Building on the foundation of the original Women Lift Strong program, this next-level class focuses on progressively lifting heavier, refining technique, and expanding confidence under the bar.
Participants will advance their skills in compound lifts such as squats, deadlifts, and presses, while learning more sophisticated training concepts like tempo work, accessory strength-building, and structured progressions. With coaching designed specifcally for women's strength development, this class empowers participants to challenge themselves safely, build real power, and continue elevating their fitness capabilities.
Whether your goal is to get stronger, feel more confident in the weight room, or simply prove to yourself what you're capable of - this class takes your lifting journey to the next level.
