These fully interactive classes cover kitchen basics, techniques, essential equipment, and safety. All ingredients, aprons, and equipment are included. Just bring yourself and a container for your creations. Recipes and equipment suggestions are provided in class.

Hosting brunch this holiday season? Let's make it easy! I'll teach you three crowd-pleasing dishes you can prep ahead of time, so you can enjoy your own party instead of being stuck in the kitchen. We'll make my family-favorite WPR Frittata, a savory cheese and chile egg dish that's easily adjusted for any spice level, an overnight Make-Ahead French Toast that's ready for the oven in the morning, and a Gluten-Free Blueberry Buckle with a tender crumb topping that's sure to impress your guests.
