FIRST® LEGO® League Challenge is a nationally recognized robotics competition for students in grades 5 and 6. Teams build, program, and compete with their own robot while tackling a real-world engineering challenge. Snapology of Eastside will coach your student's team through the full season: from building and coding their robot to developing a research project and preparing for competition day. Beyond the robot, students build genuine teamwork, problem-solving, and presentation skills as they work together toward a shared goal, culminating in a regional tournament where they compete alongside teams from across the region. **More information to come on the schedule and cost. Initially, students will meet 2x per week in Sept/Oct. Then, as the team gets closer to the competition (Mid Oct) through Nov, the team will meet 3x per week (including occasional weekends). If your student is interested in joining the FLL team this year, please sign them up at this time. We will finalize details soon and will host a parent/guardian info session before a firm commitment to the team is made.
