This four-week intensive camp is for rising 9th-12th graders who want to know more about or plan to join SRA’s high school team. Participants will work hard as they learn about rowing technique, fitness training, and the commitment required to be part of SRA’s year-round competitive team. Jump Start is highly recommended but not required for fall participation. It is the right place for anyone who has not previously rowed on SRA’s high school team, including former middle school rowers. No prior experience required, other than the ability to swim.
