Description

Kick off your weekend and the fall season with a relaxing and rejuvenating morning of gentle yoga followed by a make and take session where you will leave with a healing and therapeutic bath and body product. We will provide all the supplies. Just bring yourself (a friends, family member, partner, etc.) and pencil in some YOU time!

We have some extra mats and yoga props, but please bring your own if you have them.
