Senior Bus Trip to The HuntingtonEmbark on a memorable day exploring one of Southern California’s most beautiful destinations! Stroll through breathtaking botanical gardens, visit world-class art galleries, and enjoy peaceful walking paths with scenic views.
Be sure to wear comfortable shoes, as there is plenty to explore.
Please Note: Participants must be able to independently board and exit a standard motorcoach bus using the bus steps. This trip does not include a wheelchair lift or ramp. There is storage space underneath the bus for walkers, wheelchairs, and other mobility devices during transportation.
Once at The Huntington, visitors will find that all buildings and most gardens are accessible. Wheelchairs are available for loan on a first-come, first-served basis, and guests are welcome to bring their own wheelchairs, motorized scooters, or other mobility devices. An accessible visitor shuttle operates throughout the grounds from 10:00 a.m., making stops around the campus and accommodating wheelchairs. A color-coded map highlighting steep areas is also available to help visitors plan their route.
