Zumba Gold is a modified version of the traditional Zumba workout, designed specifically for older adults, beginners, or individuals who may need lower-impact exercises. It keep the fun and energy of a regular Zumba class but adapts the intensity and movements to suit the needs of participants with different fitness levels.
