Gentle Karate for Adults - Intro Session Have you always wanted to learn martial arts but weren’t sure how to do so? Then this class is for you! In this class there is no sparring, no throws, no martial arts props. Just techniques, kata, self-defense and fun in a supportive community of people seeking strength + self-protection.

Attire: sweatpants, Gie, shorts past knee. No jewelry. Short nails are recommended. Long hair tied back. Bring a thick yoga mat + positive outlook, water and hand towel for sweat.
