This Adaptive Line Dance class blends classic R&B and Jazz with simple, accessible movements to help you stay active and energized. Whether standing out or seated, you'll enjoy moving safely while celebrating rhythm, joy, and lifelong learning, all set to a soulful sound of blues-inspired music.

Adaptive Line Dance: $120.00 per person for a 12-week session.
Starting May 23, 2026, on Thursdays and Saturdays, from 1:00 p.m. - 2:15 pm.
