Improve body composition, flexibility, strength and endurance, while increasing energy and reducing stress in this fun, low-impact program designed for active seniors.
Bring a towel, water and small 5-15 pound hand weight or band. New and beginning students -- please arrive 15 minutes early to meet your instructor.
