Instructor: Jennifer Huggins In this workshop, dancers will develop their execution of technique through exercises and combinations across the floor. Dancers will focus on alignment and balance while gaining fluency in sequencing. Improvisation and composition may be used to experiment with elements learned in class. This workshop is great for dancers just getting back into dance after a hiatus or if they are just getting started in their dance journey in a supportive dance community!
