In Wicked Wednesdays, students in grades 3–5 will unleash their imaginations while exploring themes of friendship, courage, and creativity inspired by the musical Wicked and the world of Oz. Through writing, art, drama, and teamwork, club members will create their own “wicked” twists on classic stories and build confidence while having fun. Skills We’ll Build: Creative Writing – crafting magical stories, poems, and plays Art & Design – creating Oz-inspired props, costumes, and set pieces Teamwork & Collaboration – working together on group projects Public Speaking & Performance – acting out scenes and sharing work Critical Thinking – reimagining well-known characters and events
