Description

Aerobic moves and dance grooves to upbeat, motivational, inspiring, and fun music!

Classes will be held Monday nights from 6:00 PM - 6:45 PM for 5 weeks beginning June 8, 2026. The last class of this session will be July 6, 2026.

Cardio Groove will be held at the Prince George Community Center (11100 Old Stage Road Prince George, VA 23875). Registration is available until June 4, 2026, at 5 PM (unless filled). Cost is $25 per participant.
