Aerobic moves and dance grooves to upbeat, motivational, inspiring, and fun music!

Classes will be held Monday nights from 6:00 PM - 6:45 PM for 5 weeks beginning October 5, 2026. The last class of this session will be November 9, 2026. There is NO CLASS October 12, 2026, due to Columbus Day/Indigenous People's Day Holiday.

Cardio Groove will be held at the Prince George Community Center (11100 Old Stage Road Prince George, VA 23875). Registration is available until October 2, 2026, at 5 PM (unless filled). Cost is $25 per participant.
