You could buy a $4 bottle of kombucha, or you could make your own for pennies. This hybrid-option class will include a science overview and a primary ferment creation to take with you. A secondary ferment will be demonstrated so you can do it at home. We’ll discuss kombucha’s microbiology, troubleshooting, glassware and SCOBYs (they’re provided). Materials, instructions and a zoom link will be emailed by instructor following your registration.
