Instructor: Katie Champlin Description: Take your sewing to the next level by exploring a variety of seam types and finishes used in both garment and home sewing. You’ll practice techniques like French seams, flat-felled seams, and bias binding, and learn to sew curves and corners. We’ll also cover choosing appropriate fabrics and thread, pressing techniques, and troubleshooting common issues. Prerequisite: Intro to Sewing or equivalent experience using a sewing machine.
