Not only will you walk away with an awesome boat your kid or grandkid will love, you’ll also gain a strong foundation in boatbuilding skills like cutting, shaping, gluing, and fastening. It’s hands-on, tool-filled, and just plain fun. This workshop is designed for adults, but the goal is to build a boat meant for kids. You don’t need to be a pro; bring your enthusiasm, a sense of humor, and a willingness to make a few shavings. By the end, you’ll have a safe, beautiful little boat, a new set of boatbuilding skills, and a surefire way to make some core memories with your favorite young sailor.
