Description

Baby & Me Yoga offers a gentle, supportive space to reconnect with your body, breath, and your little one. Babies are welcome to rest nearby or be held as we move, breathe, meditate, sing and share moments of joy. Designed for new parents who are at least 6 weeks post-partum. Babies must be under one year of age or pre-walking.
